Here’s How It Works.
Step 1: Initial Consultation – Identifying Your Wants and Needs

Our relationship with each family begins with an initial consultation. Your personal child care consultant comes to your home to meet with you and get a detailed understanding of your family’s unique needs. We’ll help you identify your priorities concerning child care and discuss your child’s routine, interests and personality.
For families who aren’t sure what types of child care options are available, your personal child care consultant can explain the types of care that might be a good fit for your child and your family. We can talk through the pros and cons of each and the things that need to be considered when choosing care. Our consultant will record your preferences about everything from what part of town you want, to the type of learning environment your child prefers, your thresholds on staff turnover and more.
There is a $200 fee for this first initial consultation meeting.
Step 2: Choose a Package
Once you have identified your unique needs and the types of child care you are interested in, you can choose which package works best for your family.
- Child Care Package: For families seeking child care centers, family-home care or mother’s day out programs
- Preschool Package: For families seeking a preschool environment
- Nanny Package: For families needing a part-time or full-time nanny
- Customized Package: For families who need to combine multiple types of child care to meet their needs
Our Extensive Research Process
Nurture My Child has a comprehensive database on all licensed and registered facilities. Our database consists of over 100 criteria upon which each child care and early education provider is assessed.
Your personal child care consultant will utilize our database and personnel files to put together a thorough set of options with background information for you to review. We will even call all locations you might be interested in to make sure you have the most up-to-date information about availabilities and wait lists. If we are helping you find a nanny, we screen each applicant thoroughly based on previous employment, interview skills, educational background and CPR/first aid certification before you ever meet them
Step 3: Make Your Decision With Confidence
When it comes time to pick a child care provider, all of the information is right in front of you.
You can trust you are making your decision based on the best data available.
